? ? 變頻器損傷電機定子繞組的機理?

  變頻(pin)器驅動(dong)的電機受到尖峰電壓的沖擊后,它的實(shi)際壽命與很(hen)多因素(su),包括,溫度、污染、振(zhen)動(dong)、電壓、載(zai)波頻(pin)率以及線圈絕緣的工藝等因素(su)有關。?

  另外,實驗表明,軸(zhou)桿(gan)上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓還與(yu)變頻(pin)器輸出(chu)電(dian)壓的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)波頻(pin)率(lv)有關(guan),基(ji)(ji)波頻(pin)率(lv)越(yue)(yue)低,軸(zhou)桿(gan)上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓越(yue)(yue)高(gao),軸(zhou)承損傷越(yue)(yue)嚴(yan)重(zhong)。?

  在(zai)(zai)馬達工作的初期,潤滑油溫(wen)度較低的時候,電(dian)流幅(fu)度在(zai)(zai)5-200mA,這么小的電(dian)流不會(hui)對軸(zhou)承(cheng)產生任何損壞。但是,當馬達運(yun)行一段時間后,隨(sui)著潤滑油溫(wen)度升高,峰(feng)值電(dian)流會(hui)達到5-10A,這會(hui)產生飛弧,在(zai)(zai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)部件(jian)的表面(mian)形成(cheng)小坑。?

? ? 電機定子繞組的保護?

  當電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)長度超過30米(mi)時,現代變頻器(qi)必然(ran)會在電(dian)(dian)(dian)機端產生(sheng)尖峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,縮(suo)短電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)壽(shou)命。防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)機出(chu)現損傷(shang),有兩(liang)個(ge)思路,一個(ge)是(shi)采用繞組絕緣(yuan)抗電(dian)(dian)(dian)強(qiang)度更高的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(一般稱為變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)機),另(ling)一個(ge)是(shi)采取措(cuo)施(shi)減小尖峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。前一種(zhong)措(cuo)施(shi)適合(he)于(yu)新建的(de)(de)項目,后一種(zhong)措(cuo)施(shi)適合(he)于(yu)對(dui)已有的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機進行改造。?

  目前常用的電機保護方法有以下4個:?

1. 在變頻器的輸出端安裝電抗器:這個措施最常用,但是需要注意的是,這個方法對于較短的電纜(30米以下)有一定效果,但是有時效果不夠理想,如圖6(c)所示。??
2. 在變頻器的輸出端安裝dv/dt濾波器:這個措施適用于電纜長度小于300米的場合,價格略高于電抗器,但是效果有了明顯的改善,如圖6(d)所示。??
3. 在變頻器的輸出端安裝正弦波濾波器:這個措施是最理想的。因為在這里,將PWM脈沖電壓變成了正弦波電壓,是電機工作在與工頻電壓相同的條件下,尖峰電壓的問題得到了徹底的解決(電纜再長,也不會出現尖峰電壓了)。??
4.?在電(dian)(dian)纜與電(dian)(dian)機(ji)接口的(de)位(wei)置安(an)裝尖峰電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)器(qi)(qi):前(qian)面幾個措施的(de)缺(que)點(dian)是當電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)功率較大時,電(dian)(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)或濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)的(de)體積、重量很大,價格較高,另(ling)外,電(dian)(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)和濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)都(dou)會導致(zhi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang),影響電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)輸出力矩(ju),采用變頻器(qi)(qi)尖峰電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)器(qi)(qi)能夠克服這些(xie)缺(que)點(dian)。
