News變(bian)頻器對(dui)電(dian)(dian)機的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)主要有以下幾方面(mian):過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、欠(qian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、過電(dian)(dian)流保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、缺相保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、反(fan)相保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、過負荷保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、接(jie)地保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、短路(lu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)、超頻保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)和失速保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)。下面(mian)就這(zhe)幾類變(bian)頻器對(dui)電(dian)(dian)機的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)方式進行簡(jian)單的(de)介紹。
1.過電壓保護
變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出有電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檢測(ce)功能(neng),變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)能(neng)自動調整輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)機不承(cheng)受過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。即使在輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調整失效和輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)(guo)正常電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%時,變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)也會(hui)通過(guo)(guo)停(ting)機對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機起(qi)到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。
2.欠電壓保護
當(dang)電(dian)機的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)正(zheng)常電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)90%時,變(bian)頻器保護(hu)停機。
3.過電流保護
當電(dian)機(ji)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)超(chao)過額定值的(de)150%/3秒鐘,或額定電(dian)流(liu)的(de)200%/10微秒,變頻(pin)器通(tong)過停機(ji)來保護電(dian)機(ji)。
4.缺相保護
監測輸出電(dian)壓,當(dang)輸出缺(que)相時,變頻(pin)器(qi)報(bao)警,一(yi)段時間(jian)后變頻(pin)器(qi)通過停機(ji)來(lai)保護電(dian)機(ji)。
5.反相保護
變頻器(qi)使電(dian)機(ji)(ji)只能(neng)沿一個(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉,無法設(she)定旋(xuan)(xuan)轉方(fang)向(xiang),除(chu)非(fei)用戶改動電(dian)機(ji)(ji)A、B、C接(jie)線的(de)相序,否則沒有反相的(de)可能(neng)。
6.過負荷保護
??變(bian)頻器(qi)監測電(dian)(dian)機電(dian)(dian)流(liu),當(dang)電(dian)(dian)機電(dian)(dian)流(liu)超過額定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)120%/1分鐘(zhong)時,變(bian)頻器(qi)通過停機來保護電(dian)(dian)機。
7.接地保護
??變(bian)頻(pin)器配有(you)專門的(de)接地保護(hu)(hu)電路,一(yi)般由接地保護(hu)(hu)互感(gan)器和繼電器構成,當(dang)發生一(yi)相或兩相接地時,變(bian)頻(pin)器報警。當(dang)然如果用(yong)戶要求(qiu),我們也可以(yi)設計為(wei)接地后立即保護(hu)(hu)停機。
8.短路保護
??變頻(pin)器輸(shu)出短路后,必然引起過流,在10微秒內(nei)變頻(pin)器通過停機來保護電(dian)機。
9.超頻保護
??變頻器有最(zui)大和最(zui)小頻率限制功(gong)能(neng),使輸(shu)出(chu)頻率只能(neng)在規定的范圍內,由此實現超頻保(bao)護功(gong)能(neng)。
10.失速保護
??失速(su)保(bao)護(hu)一般針對同步電機(ji)。對于異步電機(ji),加速(su)過(guo)程中(zhong)的失速(su)必然表現為過(guo)電流,變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)過(guo)電流和(he)過(guo)負荷保(bao)護(hu)實(shi)現此項保(bao)護(hu)功能(neng)。減速(su)過(guo)程中(zhong)的失速(su)可通(tong)(tong)過(guo)在調試過(guo)程中(zhong)設定安(an)全的減速(su)時間來避免。
